History of Lecole
Message from the Chairperson
Three forces contribute to a student’s success- the motivated faculty members, the inspired students and the supportive parents. The time we spend as students is challenging yet exciting because it sets the tone for how we learn, grow and behave in the larger spectrum of life – which is why it’s imperative to choose the right institute that inculcates the right set of ideals. The ‘right institute’ is the one that has shared values and embraces diversity.
For me, Lécole is special because it fosters uniqueness. We enroll students who are different; those who not only excel in academics but also give due importance to being empathetic human beings. As the world has evolved, so have we. We routinely prepare our students to excel academically but we also create environments where students develop into mature adults who contribute responsibly and effectively to society. We do this by nurturing our students and by providing them with a sense of security and belonging – an enduring process that works through and through.
We teach our students to introspect and through their introspection they discover their innate talents. Our job, as educationists, is to provide our students with the tools they need to work their magic. The magic exists in all of us, it just needs an outlet.
Talent alone can only get you so far and that is where we teach our students how to think critically. Life can be challenging and only those with strong and determined personalities can persevere even in the face of immense challenges.
To all my students and to the ones who are reading my message, always remember. You are a force to reckon with, and nobody can tell you otherwise.
